FHI360, a US-based non-profit organization, is seeking candidates to fill a position with the Kosovo Basic Education Program, an education development program funded by USAID and Government of Kosovo. The position described below is only open to residents of Kosovo.
FHI360 is seeking to fill the following position:
- Assessment Officer
The selected candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with the ability to think “outside the box” in order to promote the programs aims and values and the ability to identify ways for the program to communicate effectively with stakeholders and the wider public.
Candidates should have a relevant degree in Education, Psychology, Economics, Administration or other related field, and successful experience in a similar position within an international development project or company.
Candidates should possess demonstrated knowledge in current trends in education and assessment within Kosovo, Excellent IT skills (MS Office Suite),ability to work independently, assessing priorities with a high level of accuracy, work effectively as a member of a team, communicate fluently in English and Albanian (and preferably Serbian) and be committed to helping improvement of education system across Kosovo.
